I am unique in many ways but what stands out most is my own health and fitness journey. A decade ago I found himself inching closely to 250 lbs. I knew that in order to enjoy the life and family I built I had to make some serious changes…and I DID! After losing over 70 lbs, I had regained my energy and health.

I know the road to successful health and fitness because I personally trekked the scene. I know the winds in the road, and I also know how to enjoy the journey. Ten years after my transformation, I continue to enjoy the benefits of my labor and I have never been happier…or healthier.

I GET it…balancing all of life’s priorities — work, family, friendships — while maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be tough — really tough — but you don’t have to do it alone.
